3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Pricing may vary based on site conditions, product availability, or additional services required.
• A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance payable upon completion.

4. Products and Services

• All windows and doors are supplied to order. Lead times may vary based on specifications and supplier availability.
• Installation services are carried out by qualified professionals. While we take all care, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, access issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

• All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for at least five years warranty on extrusions and a fifteen year warranty on durability requirements under the NZ Building Act B2.
• Warranty claims must be made in writing with proof of purchase and evidence of the fault.
• Warranty is subject to proper maintenance, including cleaning at least every 6 months.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders cancelled after manufacturing has begun may incur costs.
• Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available for change of mind.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Number One Windows and Doors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We do our best to deliver quality service, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods or services in question.

• Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and New Zealand privacy laws.
