1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Number One Windows & Doors (“the Promoter”), located in Christchurch, New Zealand.
2. Eligibility & Entry
- 2.1 Entry is open only to residents of Canterbury, New Zealand, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
- 2.2 To enter, participants must complete the official enquiry form on the website or via native Facebook lead form, providing full name, valid email address and phone number or confirm with Number One Windows and Doors.
- 2.3 Employees of Number One Windows & Doors (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
- 3.1 The promotion begins on the 15th November and ends at 11:59pm, Thursday 18 December 2025 NZST.
- 3.2 The draw for the $5,000 NZD prize will take place on Friday, 19 December 2025.
4. Products and Services
- All windows and doors are supplied to order. Lead times may vary based on specifications and supplier availability.
- Installation services are carried out by qualified professionals. While we take all care, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, access issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Prize & Bonus Entry Conditions
- 4.1 The main prize is NZD $5,000 cash (or bank transfer) awarded to one randomly selected valid entrant.
4.2 To qualify for all bonus offers, including bonus entries and voucher, entrants must place a confirmed order for windows, doors or a conservatory with Number One Windows & Doors with a minimum project value of NZD $10,000 (excluding GST). - 4.3 Qualifying orders that meet the minimum spend will receive all of the following “upgrade offers”.
- 4.4 In addition, qualifying orders will receive 10 entries into the $5,000 Giveaway draw.
- 4.5 Non-purchasing entrants (i.e. those who simply filled in the entry form but did not place a qualifying order) will receive only the original base entries (one entry per valid submission), and are eligible only for the draw not the bonus offers or voucher.

- NZD $150 voucher for King of Snake (the “Voucher”)
- 4.4 In addition, qualifying orders will receive 10 entries into the $5,000 Giveaway draw.
- 4.5 Non-purchasing entrants (i.e. those who simply filled in the entry form but did not place a qualifying order) will receive only the original base entries (one entry per valid submission), and are eligible only for the draw, not the bonus offers or voucher.
5. Winner Selection & Prize Redemption
- 5.1 The winner will be selected at random from the pool of valid entries (including bonus entries from qualifying orders) on 19 December 2025.
- 5.2 The winner will be notified by the contact details provided (email and/or phone) within 48 hours of the draw.
- 5.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner.
- 5.4 The $5,000 prize will be paid via bank transfer or other method at the Promoter’s discretion.
6. Voucher Conditions
- 6.1 The $150 King of Snake voucher is only issued once a qualifying order (minimum $10,000 spend) has been confirmed and fully accepted by Number One Windows & Doors.
- 6.2 The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- 6.3 Voucher must be redeemed in accordance with King of Snake’s own terms and conditions (as specified on the voucher).
7. General Conditions for Participation
- 7.1 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- 7.2 The Promoter may verify eligibility of participants at any time. If a participant is found to be ineligible, or fails to meet requirements (e.g. correct contact details, residency, minimum spend), their entry will be invalid.
- 7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion at any time, without prior notice, if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity of the promotion.
- 7.4 The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Privacy & Data Use
- 8.1 By entering, participants consent to their personal information (name, email, phone) being collected and used by Number One Windows & Doors for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting the winner, and marketing (including emails about products or offers).
- 8.2 Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy laws.
9. Liability & Release
- 9.1 The prize is provided “as is.” The Promoter gives no warranties regarding the prize, including its suitability, fitness for purpose or tax implications.
- 9.2 The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or costs incurred by participants in connection with entering the promotion or claiming/using the prize or voucher.
- 9.3 By accepting the prize and/or voucher, the winner agrees to release the Promoter, and its affiliates, from any liability associated with the promotion.
10. Publicity & Use of Winner Details
- 10.1 By entering, participants consent to the winner’s name, photograph or other identifying details being used by the Promoter for publicity and promotional purposes.
- 10.2 No further compensation will be provided for such publicity.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
